Complete this form to apply for a place on the 2011 urban design summer school.
Organisations wishing to make multiple applications should contact the summer school team at info@udss.org.uk for a spreadsheet-based application form.

The fee

The fee for UK bookings placed before 19th May 2011 is £895 plus VAT

A fee of £746 (total inluding VAT = £895) is available to small UK organisations who are not registered for VAT. To take advantage of this lower fee please enter the word "SMALL" in the discount code field below. We will confirm the lower rate once we have checked your organisation's status.

For delegates based outside the UK the fee for bookings placed before 19th May 2011 is £1,250 plus VAT

Fees covers all learning activities, accommodation and meals.

You will receive an acknowledgement that we have received your application. Because we want to ensure a mix of professional and occupational backgrounds on the summer school we will not automatically accept applications on a first-come-first-served basis.
